THE WORKING MEETING WITH THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF UKRAINE WAS HELD
The working meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Energy and Environmental protection of Ukraine - Konstantin Chizhik and the General Manager of MAIN Group Ukraine - Mykhailo Krotov and CEO of Hero Future Energies Global - Sunil Jain.
Today both companies are co-developers of approximately 60 MW of photovoltaic plants in Ukraine and plan to reach the capacity of around 200 MW in mutual projects.
During the meeting the participants discussed ongoing issues and development opportunities.

On April 4, 2019, under the Agreement on cooperation in the development of renewable energy in the Mukachevo district of the Transcarpathian region, MAIN Group Ukraine LLC has provided the city with the firefighting and rescue equipment. The General Director Krotov Mykhailo Anatoliyovych and Chief Executive Officer Roshchyn Volodymyr Ivanovych handed over a fire truck to representatives of the Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region, represented by the First Deputy Head Tsitsey Volodymyr Ivanovych.
On November 28, 2017, the subsidiary company MG "DniproSolar" LLC received a permit to allocate the land on the territory of 300 hectares around two hospitals in Igreni. The capacity of the new SPP will be 150-170 MW. This will be the third station in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The commissioning period is planned until the end of 2018.

An important event for the company was the signing on January 31 of this year an agreement on cooperation in the development of renewable energy in Mukachevo district of Transcarpathian region, according to which the company expects to lease the land with a total area of up to 300 hectares for the realization of solar power plant construction projects. It gives the possibility to ensure the creation of up to 200 jobs in Mukachevo district, as well as implemention of social projects for territorial communities.
